PRIVATE OPERATOR · LAS VEGAS
The work behind the founder.
I run the machine so the CEO can stay in the arena — content, ads, video, backend, and the daily tasks that never make the highlight reel.
Currently embedded with Toehold® and Koil® — handmade American luxury and high-end ball python genetics. By inquiry only.
THE SEAT
What I am doing now.
I am the behind-the-scenes operator for AG Gregoroff’s companies. The public sees the leather and the snakes. I keep the business moving.
Toehold® · Handmade American luxury · Content, media, operations, and the unglamorous work that keeps a cult product shipping and seen.
Koil® · High-end ball pythons · The business layer around the breeding program so the founder can stay with the animals and the craft.
THE WORK
What I take off the CEO.
Daily creative, paid media, video, and backend operations that keep the company moving.
Videography & edit
Capture, cut, and ship footage that makes the brand feel expensive and real.
Content engine
Daily creative so the feed and behind-the-scenes never go quiet.
Meta ads
Paid media that turns craft into demand without looking like an ad account ran the brand.
Backend & daily ops
Tasks, systems, follow-through, and CEO support that keep the company moving.
Proof, not a resume dump.
Operator since 2007. MMA gym in Arizona. High-ticket sales and live events in Las Vegas with Dom the Hypnotist. Hypnotherapy certified. Spoke for SolarCity. Rooms with A-Rod, Daymond John, and Leigh Steinberg. Mother of four.
