The hard money loan process is a little different than conventional loans. Since this is a private lender and not a bank, we are able to be more flexible with our loans. We are an asset based company, not credit based. This means that we don't look at your FICO or any required documents like a W-2 or tax returns.

Provide Documents

Must provide identification of property owner and 4 months of bank statements. Addition documents released based on each individual scenario.

Get Qualified and Order a Broker Price Opinion

The broker price opinion is conducted by an inspector who will give the property owner and the lender the as is value of the home, along with an estimate of after repair value. This method saves time and money compared to an appraisal.

Meet Conditions and Clear Title

In urgent situations we have been able to close within 72 hours.
